Great Is Thy Faithfulness Hummingbird Print or Cradled Board Wall Hanging
This hummingbird is painted on the hymn, “Great Is Thy Faithfulness”, from a photo my dad took (Paul W. Simmons). Please note: This is a print (not the original) from my original artwork.
After painting with Fluid Acrylics, a print was made and then protected with Matte Medium, it is either printed on 8x10 Luster Photo paper with the print size 5x7, or it is adhered to (3/4-7/8th inch thick) cradled board either size 5x7 or 8x10 so it is ready to hang on a wall—no frame needed. The cradled board is made from Birchwood, with the cradled part made from New Zealand Pine. The entire piece of art (exterior) is varnished for long-lasting protection.
